At Fine Modesty, we believe every order is more than just a package. It’s a way to serve you with excellence and care. Our heart is to ensure your pieces arrive quickly, securely, and without hassle. The following policy explains our shipping process so you always know what to expect.

Shipping Days
We ship orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays and weekends.

Processing Time
We work diligently to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

  • All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of order placement.
  • During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing may take longer—but we aim to minimize any delays and keep you updated.

Pre-Order Items
When you pre-order, you’re reserving something special. Pre-orders reserve inventory before it is available.

  • These items are shipped within 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our facility (not from your order date).
  • Once payment is received, pre-orders cannot be canceled by the customer.
  • Fine Modesty reserves the right to cancel any pre-order at its discretion; if this occurs, a full refund or store credit will be issued automatically.

Shipping Destinations
We’re grateful to serve clients worldwide. We currently ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states
  • Puerto Rico: Direct shipping available
  • International: Over 100 countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and more

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service (FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, USPS).
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $100.

Restrictions for Free Shipping:

    • Valid for shipments to the contiguous United States only.
    • Not valid on oversized or overweight packages.
    • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories. 
    • Not valid on final sale items.
    • If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout. 

Estimated Transit Times
Once your package leaves our facility, transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–4 business days in transit
  • Puerto Rico: 4–5 business days in transit
  • International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination country

Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to weather, carrier logistics, or customs delays. These are beyond our control, but we will assist you whenever possible.

Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Fine Modesty is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • All shipments include tracking information.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Reimbursement or replacement for lost items depends on the carrier’s insurance policies and claims process.
  • Fine Modesty is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


International Duties & Customs

All prices are shown in USD and do not include custom duties, taxes or import fees.

  • Any import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by your local customs office if applicable.
  • If duties or taxes are due and not paid promptly, your local customs office may delay delivery. Fine Modesty cannot expedite these processes or predict the exact amount of fees.
  • For more information about potential fees, please contact your local customs office. 

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships—so you can follow its journey to your doorstep through the carrier’s website.

  • For international orders sent by USPS First Class Package International, tracking is available until the package leaves the United States. After departing the U.S., tracking may not be updated and final delivery confirmation may not be available. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping options.
